Hi. Hope someone can answer my question or at least give me some good advice! I went off contraception about 5 months ago and thought my periods were pretty regular (with 28-30 days between them). Then last month about 14 days after I started my period, I started spotting. It wasn't anything like when I have my periods - lighter in colour - more pink/red rather than brown-ish, and very light. Thought it was due to body adjusting to being off pill even thugh the previous months had been OK. Then this month it happened again! 14 days after getting my period, I've start spotting. Do you think this is a sign that I'm going to ovulate? I am totally clueless about this as this is my first attempt at falling pregnant. If its not due to that, any suggestions as to what could be the cuase and what could help? Thanks! I'd appreciate any input as I'm feeling really frsutrated at the moment:confused:

Some women do get spotting around ovulation - I have a few times but its pretty fresh streaks of blood through the mucus TMI!!

I think it can take several cycles for the body to adapt to being off the pill but I ma sure it will all come round soon.

Good luck.
