Hi I have a toilet on 1st floor that bubbles mostly when washing machine drains or bathtub drains. I have a septic tank and a cesspool. The septic tank hasn't been pumped in about 4 years and the cesspool was pumped 2-3 years ago. Which would be the cause, I usually run the washing machine into a drywell that after 10 years started backing up. By the way is there anything I could put in the drywell to free it, or do I have to dig up the cover to clean it. Thank you for ant assistance.

I have a toilet on 1st floor that bubbles mostly when washing machine drains or bathtub drains. This tells me that you have a partial blockage downstream from the toilet. The solution would be to pull the toilet and snake the line,

By the way is there anything I could put in the drywell to free it Sorry! No magic chemical here. Time to either get your hands dirty of put in a new dry well, (see image). Good luck. Tom
