I really want to tell my mom who I like but I am too afraid to. I have wanted to tell her before but I always chicken out! Do you know what I should say to her?

Well she's your mom! If you want to tell her you should. But how old are you though? Because in my past when I told my parents (I was 12) that I had a boyfriend they forbade me to be alone with him (I wanted to chill with him WITHOUT any sexual meanings)But its JUST a crush right?
