Hi, how do I remove my brother from my late fathers house, this problem started when he name called & with threats to the family, he has something wrong with him, my dad when he was alive said he was going to take him to see someone, all my brother said was he is normal! He also has threatened my partner & name calling his family, I have contacted the police, even went to my fathers house to try & take the law into my own hands, all the police said it's a domestic sort it out! The big issue is that my father had a will & said that the house is for sale & all moneys get split 3 ways through there has been a few people viewing the house at the time my brother has been taken women back to dads house, please help what can I do to ger rid of him once & forall!

Your brother is part owner of that home just as you and has as much right to be there as any of the 3 of you. Your best bet if you want to avoid long court battles is to figure out what the brothers share would be worth and offer that to him. You'd own 2/3 then or the 2 not crazies can each anty up and then you 2 would each own half.

Hi there, it is must be very challenging having to fight someone to leave something that was meant for all of you. Therefore, have you tried to contest for this property by legal means where there is a jurisdiction of your brother's evacuation from that home and have it sold as per your late father's grand request?
The law seems to be the ideal measure for this particular circumstance.
