I am in an unhealthy relationship and trying to get out. I have 2 children and currently 20 weeks pregnant.my first daughter is not biologiclly my exs child but he has been supporting her since she was about 1 month old. He has threatened me and am very scared to leave state because I am not sure what he is capable of. We are not married and we have no custody aggrement or no courts have been involved. We currently live in Louisiana and I am from san antonio Texas. I have no family here in Louisiana so that's why I want to go back to Texas. So my question is if I want to go back to Texas what should I do when I get out there to be safe in case he tries to harm me? And what can I do to try to keep my child should I file a restrain order or go file for custody? Please help me I am veryterrified because I don't want to loose my child.
