Hi, I'm looking for a title or any info about this movie I've seen when I was little, there's only few things I remember, the most important that the dwarfs were animated but not the rest of the movie, they were living underground and there homes were in danger because of the building project above their kingdom, there was also an old man, maybe a boy.. its probably from late '70s or early '80s and I could be german or american or even czech ;] thanks for any sort of help.
