Iam Trying To Install a Jasco 15600 Mechanical Timer! The Old One Had Four Wires two White One Black One Grey! I Only Have One Load Wire And It's White. I Put All The Wires On The Correct Terminals the Clock Works But The Lights Won't Come On Manually or With The Timer! What Did I Do Wrong?

Is there a jumper between terminals L and #1 ?
