View Full Version : Trying to wire in a transformer and relay to an old holly gas heat a/c unit

The unit has is on the roof the blower motor (indoor fan)has two wires coming of the motor. Condenser fan or (outdoor fan) has two wires also. Compressor has three wires comon, start,run and has run cap. Then I have set of contacts L1,L2,T1,T2 along with two common prongs for L1,L2 and two prongs beside T1,T2. There is a limit switch with two prongs a time delay w/two prongs#2 and #4 on bottom, two prongs on top labeled H and H. I have a relay numberd 1,2,3,4 and 5 but no prong and last I have the transformer red and green 24v red and white 208v
Also the two wires coming of the gas valve. How do I wire all this together please help I am cold.

If you can give a make and model of your system it will help. It sounds like from the description your talking about a time delay relay from a older carrier gas package unit. 5 wires on the gas valve and 3 wires going to the pilot with a red sparker wire?
