I am 21 years. Had sex with my fiancŽ on 6 dec and had normal periods from 8 dec.Since then no sexual contact. But have missed January periods. What could it be? Could I be pregnant?

It could be due to pregnancy, but it may be due to just an off cycle. Try a pregnancy test. Be sure to follow the directions carefully. If negative, wait and see what happens when your period is next due.

If you are using a form of birth control, you may want to consider using two forms to lessen the odds even more of an unplanned pregnancy. If you aren't using any form of birth control, consider doing so to protect yourself. There is no time in your cycle that is 100% safe from pregnancy, only times which are more or less likely to result in a pregnancy.
