Can I get my license reinstated when there's a bench warrant on me?

No. In fact, once DMV finds out where you live (or verifies that you still live at an address) they can (and possibly will) notify the Police. Why don't you just surrender on the Bench Warrant?

Well maybe, you will be arrested of course, but they may let you have the license before they haul you off. And that is just to renew.

If it has to be re-instated, why? Why did you lose it. But yes you need to turn yourself in and deal with the warrant first
