Bathroom fan/light replace & wall removed in bathroom remodeling project. Using 12/3 for bathroom fan / light, 12/2 for shower light, 12/2 for outlet. All wires feed to four gang box being feed by 12/2 wire on 20 amp service lead. Question is connecting black to switches. My understanding is to pig tail off hot to each switch inturned switch is connected to load. Could I use a push in jumper at each switch instead of separate pig tail off black?

There are numerous codes you need to be aware of before starting this project.

#1 - The you must use a GFCI receptacle or a GFCI breaker. You can use a single 20 amp circuit fr the entire bathroom, but that does make it critical that you place the GFCI receptacle in the correct position otherwise, you may end up with the Lady of the home standing in a dark bathroom holding a hair dryer and saying unkind things about you. :)

It would be wiser that you run a dedicated 20 amp circuit for the GFCI receptacle (as required by code) and a second 15 amp circuit for the remainder of the devices.

This way if the GFCI trips, the lights are still on.

The existing circuit (#2) I am working off serves the tub/shower & toilet area and is not a GFCI circuit. There is an exsiting, separate, 20 amp circuit (#1) for the sink area which is GFCI protected. I plan to relocate #2 circuit to a GFCI outlet then to the gang box. Am I correct in that is should have separate pig tail off the hot lead (black)to each switch? Then connect all common (white) together. Ground will also be pig tailed to each switch. Any suggestions for connecting any of these wires would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I am working on a separate 20 amp circuit which serves the toilet & shower area; labeled as (#2) circuit, which is not GFIC protected. My (#1) circuit is a separet 20 amp GFIC protected circuit, severing the sink area. Original lead for circuit (#2)is 12/2. I would like to relocate (#2) circuit to an exsiting GFIC outlet then connect my four gang box with fan/light on 12/3, shower light on 14/2 and additional GFIC outlet on 12/2. what I am not clear on is tieing my wires together. Should I tie all common - white - together, then pig tail off the ground to each switch and pig tail off each hot - black - to each switch? Any feed back or suggestions would be greatley appreciated.
