What if me and my husband have a restraining order and I have sole legal custody and never showed up in court. We both did not show up in court. Do the current orders stay in effect or what happens?

Call the courts and find out. There is no real way to answer the question. If this is the first hearing then they may have continued it to a later date. Or they may think that since you were playing games with the courts and it wasn't important to you then the dropped the restraining order.

Without calling there is no way to really know what happened at the hearing.
