I'm 16 and I have been dating my first cousin for a year now. Our family has learned to like us being in a Realshionship. Now the promblem is... Can we have healthy kids

At 16, the problem in your relationship shouldn't be having healthy kids, but I digress... we can't tell you the probability of a genetic disorder because we don't know anything about either of your medical and family histories. The probability for genetic disorders exists in any pregnancy, cousin or not. What we can say (and I suspect that you know this already) is that you have a greater chance of having any genetic disorders that you are a carrier of being expressed in your children if your partner also has the same genotype. (ie: a close relative)

There is a chance of having kids with congenital defects although the risks are not as high as most people would imagine. Otherwise, before going further I am not sure how far you have gone on this relationship since there are various factors you will need to consider or put in mind.

Is it legal to engage in such relationships from where you come from?
Are you ready to face resistance from your close family?
How sure have you two been on this issue on whether its genuine love or passionate affection that is usually between blood ties?
I know how it feels like and all I know you will always have a way out of this. All the best dear!!

First in the US, in most states you could never marry, it is illegal. There is a greater chance of first cousins having kids with defects. You both would need to go to the doctor and have all the health issues reviewed.
I will assume you are not in the US, since I don't believe any parents in the US would agree to having the child dating a first cousin.
