I will be 5 weeks pregnant tomorrow and on Friday I started spotting. More when I wiped and not enough to fill a pad in the past 4 days. I have slight cramping but not nearly as bad as my menstraul cramps. Today I noticed a little yellowish discharge. My HCG number was 123 at 4 weeks I know it should double every 48 hours. I have to wait for my next numbers... my doctor seems to think I have miscarried. I have had lots of friends who have bled all through their pregnancy. What should I expect?
