24 yrs old have two baby girls one is five and the other is two. Little history about me is that when having both children I had c-sections first one was an emergency and the second one my baby was the wrong way. It's the second c-section that gave the most problems bleeding a lot after the c-section and now my question is I just found out I'm pregnant once again and very worried for my health and need help on if to end it or go though with it? What way will be the best way to go for me ?

Hi something24,
If you would like another child, by all means, continue the pregnancy. As you have seen, pregnancies and births can be very different from one to the next. There is no reason to believe you will automatically experience the same circumstances as you did last time. Baby's position may be fine, some doctors would even allow for a VBAC, although that is becoming less common.
Would you be having the same doctor? If so, do you feel confident with that person? If not, would you be able to go with someone else?
While there is some risk with repeated c-sections, the majority of women who have a few c-sections do not have any problems.
I would speak to your doctor about your concerns, and see what they have to say on the subject.
