I had probably my most terrifying dream or experience just about ten minutes ago. I felt a buzzing sensation throughout my body and right then I assumed it was an out of body experience. I felt myself leave my body and saw many spirits in my house and got very negative feelings by them and even got attacked. I felt as though something protected me when this happened and I got raised to a better place with good people. If they are out of body experiences they are completely involuntary and I want nothing more than for them to stop. I'm sick of staying up all night just out of fear that something bad will happen. Please someone answer me I'm so scared and I don't know what to do.
