The love of my life turned out to be a cheat and a liar and they are not in my life anymore. Ever since this happened to me I can't seem to find a person I know that hasn't cheated on someone or been cheated on. I have never cheated and I don't want to live in a world where trust and loyalty is not a real thing

There are many who don't, there are many who do. You have to find the right person.

You must first get over the hurts of the past to stop the thinking you have now. Then you will be healthy enough for a healthy relationship.

I agree with Lakkk. Not everyone cheats. But, I would guesstimate, that far more do, than don't, if the truth be known.

But, the only 'bar' that matters, is your own.

My advice to you is, not to settle. Expect standards in any relationship, and stick to them. Honesty and fidelity being at the top of the list.

You may just go through more than one, until you find someone who is looking for exactly what you are looking for in a relationship.

I too have never cheated either in a relationship or marriage. This is the way I was brought up and I value this quite a lot. I don't mean to be smug but I am proud that I never have.
