Where are you? US?

You go to Court and get an Order for support.

Is he the proven father by DNA? Are you married? He will NOT be ordered to support a child you cannot prove is his.

Service of process may be an issue. You will be able to do it, but how you do it will be tricky as he is in a foreign country.

And, assuming you get a child support order, enforcing it may be problematic as well.

Finally, if he is in the U.S. military, you should be aware of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Soldiers%27_and_Sailors%27_Civil_Relief_Act).

So you have never had a order of support?

Where are you at?

This is not really abandonment (except in a very few US states).

Also you really didn't give us much info to go on and your use of pronouns is confusing. First you refer to "HIS father", then you talk about "HER daughter", then "Our daughter".

So we need to know where you are, what your relationship is/was and if there are any court orders for support currently in place
