Hi, I'm in Ohio I just started my small cleaning company. I like to do construction clean up.But I do not know how to charge by the sq ft. Help please me.

Figure a 'loaded' hourly price, all costs; labor, supplies, equipment, admin, insurance, profit, etc. Then calculate how many hours to complete the project that will give you your total price.

Do you have any experience in doing this work?

I was a regional mngr in a cleaning comp. But I have never done construction clean up before. All off this is new for me. The biding part.I know about the time consuming in the detail cleaning.

Possibly you should have mentioned this in your original question Juliet I couldn't have known. Thus I started at the beginning with my answer.

Where are we presently? Are you looking for info on how to put together a bid? Are you looking for general items that need cleaned in a construction clean up? Are you looking for pricing help?

I guess we are even I didn't mention either that I am the owner of a twenty year old, just under $7M annually, 300 employee janitorial company in the Chicago area... sorry.
