I have an American Standard Heat Pump model # twe065e13fbo with the programmable thermostat model # asystat656. The 9 volt battery in the thermostat was replaced and now nothing works. The thermostat appears to be functioning normally. I have checked the circuit breakers and they are reset. Any Ideas?
