I seem extremely depressed for the past month (without anything happening to me to be sad about, nothing in my personal life has changed at all- if anything it's been better than usual), and I'm having trouble sleeping (where as I have been sleeping 8 hours or more a night since I was born).

I'm not on medications, and am not sexually active so I'm not pregnant- but I had my first twinrix shot a month ago.. I was just wondering if any of my symptoms could correspond with this shot

And regardless- is there any way I can get back to my normal self?

Trouble sleeping is a side effect - HEPATITIS-A/HEPATITIS-B VACCINE - INJECTION (Twinrix) side effects, medical uses, and drug interactions. (http://www.medicinenet.com/hepatitis-b-hepatitis-a_vaccine-injectable/page2.htm)

Talkk to your doctor about depression... you don't need a reason to be depressed and if left it could get worse.

Depression is also a side effect - I'm not sure the depression isn't due to lack of sleep.
