Hi,
I am a Pakistani national and married to an EEA national person about 13 years ago, now I have three children, two of them(younger) have German nationality and the elder one have Pakistani nationality as my husband was not a German national at that time. We later on moved to UK and I have a five year visa, as a spouse of EEA national .
I want to separate from my husband due to so many domestic reasons ,
I want to know that where I will be stand if I separate from my husband ,
Whether it will affect my nationality procedure, or any other rights ,
And whether I can remain in UK after that or not?
Please help me in this situation what should I do.
I'll be very thankful to you if anyone provide me such information

If you separate from him that probably will not affect your EAA permit allowing you to be in the UK. But you should check with the Border and Immigration Agency (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Border_and_Immigration_Agency) to be sure.

By the way, you say you have a 5-year visa, but also mentioned "EAA". The link that Califdadof3 gave you suggests that an EAA Family Permit is only good for 6 months. Which do you have?

This is really an "Immigration Law" question which should be moved to that forum.
