Lately the water pressure coming out of my hot water taps has reduced to trickle. I suspect that it is a blocked hot water supply pipeline within the house. My pipelines are PVC. We have high turbidity in the water after water lock-offs, which happens a lot in my country.

The Water is no longer hot, because I have an instant electric water heater (ATMOR) that needs sufficient water pressure to turn on the heater. I asked a technician to check the water heater thinking it might be clogged with dirt, but the water flowed through the outlet with good pressure when detached from the hot water supply pipeline. The heater activated when the cold water supply was on & detached from the hot water supply pipe to the house. He changed a magnetic element involved in activating the heater, but still no change.

How do I clear the blocked hot water supply pipelines without removing and replacing the pipeline? My house is built with concrete and the pipelines are embedded in concrete, so pipe replacement will involve digging pipes out of concrete, an expensive and elaborate event.

Thanks in advance for your assistance.
