What causes the car to hesitateand stall while driving specialy at slow speeds?

. Adjust idle speed to 700 rpm.

. Clean the Idle Air Control Valve (IACV), throttle plate, and throttle body. Afterwards, clean the air box and replace the air filter, if it hasn't been changed in 25,000 miles.

. Replace the Ignition Control Module inside the distributor, if the problem persists. I recommend changing this problematic component every 120,000 miles or 10 years, whichever comes first.
