When I send a SNIP IT Email or an online message from a website
The receiver gets the following...

FROM: Mrs. BLA BLA (myCorrect email address)

I would like to change "Mrs. BLA BLA" to my own name.

I have an HP Pavilion dv7

Thanks, NOT Mrs. BLA BLA

The steps to do so depends on which email client you use. Is it Outlook or Thunderbird or any other?

Knowing which version of Outlook would help as well as there are differences in the steps.

Try this: Change the display name that e-mail recipients see - Outlook - Office.com (http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook-help/change-the-display-name-that-e-mail-recipients-see-HA001150760.aspx)

Thanks... I figured it out...
It was Windows Live Mail.
Go under accounts. Then properties.

So it was so simple that I feel embarrassed how easy it was.
But Your hint about which E-mail client I have... so I just played around until I found it.
Thanks...
