My year old bichion was spayed 4 months ago as she has cushions (but under under control now)but she wants to hump my Yorke aged 3 not spayed Is this normal ?

Dogs will hump other dogs. Its nothing sexual and she is not trying to breed the other dog. It is a dominance thing. Your spayed female is wanting to be in control... This can either end up in a fight, or the other dog will ignore her and she will soon stop.

I would let it run its course.. human intervention just prolongs behaviors exhibited between dogs.. However, if the other dog is getting irritated with her and is wanting to fight.. then step in, but barely. The other dog needs to tell her that humping her is not OK. Just don't allow a fight to ever get to gushing blood. Typically behavior stances do not get out of control.. but then again they can. Its all based on what your dogs are going to tolerate and if the other dog listens to the un-spayed female.
