I've been wanting to lose weight. Since Sunday I have been using this stuff called SafSlim I have been taking it twice a day. Before I eat a big meal. I have also been eating my three meals a day plus two yogurts. Is this healthy? I've already lost 2 pounds. Which I'm really happy about

It is not going to hurt you, But what do you call a big meal. Also what type of exercise program are you doing.
You know the secret of these working is in the instructions. You are to use this along with a "PROPER" diet, and a regular exercise program. ** Guess what, if you just did a proper diet and a proper exercise program you would lose weight without any addition help.
What few ( and there are not many) studies were done on Safslim was done on people already in good shape, who were already working out. So there were no published studies on fat people and others who needed to lose weight,
So take it, it does not appear to have much in it, that could hurt you, ( the second named item in it is water) The main item was linoleic acid. Customer reviews on any web site not selling the product seemed mixed, some like it, some said it did not work.
But if you keep a good balanced meal you should not be harmed by it anyway
