Let me preface this with saying that I intend to go see a doctor as soon as humanly possible.

I am a 24 year old male who has had two sexual partners - the first was a virgin whom I had unprotected sex with, and the second had only one previous partner, and had only engaged me orally. I have discovered 3 months ago that there are exactly three small (1mm) white bumps inside the urethral opening (meatus) of my penis. They are painless, but do cause my urine to... well, spray a bit. They also have not changed in size, and have been persistent, at least, since I have noticed them.

While I am concerned that this may be an STI, I think it's unlikely (though I am investigating getting tested as of tomorrow morning). Pending a visit to a urologist, is anyone aware of what this could be? I've looked at dozens (unfortunately) of pictures of both STD and non-STD related symptoms and nothing looks quite like these.

I have made it a point since discovering these to clean the opening and surrounding area twice daily without any change.

Thank you in advance for any useful advise you may have.

Could you update and let me know what it was? It seems I have the same and doctors have ran all sti test and they came back negative. It causes me a sharp stabbing pain when I urinate.
