I have an ac with the agricultural bank of china and one fine morning I'm shocked to find that the bank has frozrn my a/c. Upo questioning they reveal that they got a fax fro the jingzhou city police asking them to freeze my account. Now the bank is asking me to get in touch with the jingzhou police for further clarifications. I have never visited this city and have nothing to do with the police there... still am being asked to get clarifications. Upon asking the jingzhou city police they refuse to give any sort of replies, stating they are not answerable to the common man.

Now my ac is frozen and I don't know what to do? Please advise
