My stepsons biological mother has had no contact with us in 5months now. It is court ordered she keep us informed whenever she moves or changes her phone number. I currently know she has moved 3 times and a possibility is moving out of state. I have no active phone number and have no idea where she lives. She has never paid us support or given anything towards my stepson. What can we do?

Do about what? What is it you want to do?

She does not have to visit, it is not required, she is only allowed. As for as the support, if she is not paying, turn it over to child support enforcement. Also you can take her back to court.
