Me and my boyfriend have been together for almost a year. He's a senior graduating this year and I'm still a sophomore. He has had his fun at parties and lived it up! I want to experience that before I graduate too! But I don't want to lose him. He wants to eventually marry me. I just want to have a couple more times of fun before I graduate without losing him. Help?

And why can't you have "fun" with him? Are does your idea of fun mean having physcial and/or sexual relationships with other guys?

Have you ever seen the movie Can't Hardly Wait? In it, the jock realizes that he should've kept his high school girlfriend because she's the best he'll ever get. So your guy's wise. But tying you down before you're even 18 (aka marriageable) is stunting. You have the rest of your life to be with whoever your one and only will be. So you should definitely be allowed to use the time you have now to have the fun that you feel you're missing out on. Also, it's smart of you to want to look outside of your fishbowl. He is at a different time of his life, but you should be allowed to breathe and fully mature on your own. It's important for your stage of life.

If you had already graduated, met other guys, and had fun then I would ask: well, which would you rather? Him, or not (him)?
