What kind of dog food are you feeding? Is the puppy active and alert? What did the vet say about his weight when he last went in for a puppy check?

Growing puppies will sometimes be thin.. Maybe up his amount by 1/4 of a cup per feeding and give that a week to see if he gains weight

How do you know he has no worms? Did you take him in to get wormed? Did you do it yourself? If so, how much did you give?

How long have you owned your puppy? Sometimes moving from the litter to a new home can stress a puppy out and they can lose weight even though they are eating.

The type of food you feed matters too.. Pedigree puppy, Purina puppy chow, even though these foods have been around for centuries, they still aren't a good food and for puppies that need extra, these foods doesn't have that "extra"... Don't even get me started on Beneful puppy food... that food is just plain toxic and nasty for dogs and puppies... Kibbles n Bits.. You might as well not feed the dog.

Good looking dogs are fed good food. You may spend money on their food, but if you want a glossy coat, healthy muscle and fat on their bodies and less gassy/stinky dogs.. you're going to have to spend money on the food. I would suggest Pro Plan puppy/adult. It's a good food, its relatively cheap, puppies and dogs like it and it does give the dog what it needs.

Try a different food.. see if weight starts to come back..
