I have three kids and I'm a single mom when I had my third child my middle child got really bad third degree burns so I was in a state of deprestion for a long time anyway my ex-step sister said she would help me out with my daught she said I would always be able to see her and when we went to sign my parental rights away I had nothing at the time and my ex-step sister was telling me all these lie about how she would help me with the situation I was in and help me go to college and that I was signing my rights over to her so she could put my daughter on her insurance I was dumb and depressed I lost one child and my other two children are suffering to so I didn't know what to do I thought I was doing the right thing now she won't let me see her send me any pictures or let her talk to her sisters I try calling all the time she either won't answer or when she does and hears its me she will hang up is there anyway to just get right to see her I didn't understand what I was doing when I sighned those pappers I just want to give her a chance to know me and her sisters I don't want to dirupt her life but I want to see her I am not depressed any more have a really good job willing to pay child support ao anything just to have my rights back please tell me is there any hope?

First, you need to know exactly what you signed. Did you get a copy? Second, you need to know if anything was done in a court of law with respect to what you signed. If you were not called into court to affirm what you signed, it may be that the papers you signed were never made official.

Once you know those things we can advise how to proceed. Also, ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area.

We also need to know how long ago this all happened.
