OK so like I said I was charged with a DWI on Dec 10. My court date for that is Jan 10. However a few days ago I got caught shoplifting. That court date is Feb 15. Since I will be convicted of the shoplifting possibly during my probation but I didn't do the actual crime while on probation I'm wondering what will happen to me? Will this other crime that I did affect my DWI probation. These are both first offenses and I haven't ever been involved in any court issues before. HELP

Well right now you are batting 1000. Get you act cleaned up and prove to the court that you are sorry and will be a better person.

Lucky this would not violate your DUI probation, but the court needs to know of the new charges, this should be told in the pre sentence eval.
