How can I install a 220v 3 wire is coming out of a generator

Can you do a little better describing what you want to do?
I for one have no idea what you are asking.

My generator have 3 wire # 8 600v coming out green white and black I don't know how to install a 220v outlett

Also o the side on a tog say the generator is a 4kw, out of the generator before the box 2 white and 2 yellow wire come out but I can only get 110v
