My boyfriend is in jial as of now for his 3 dui he got his sentence and it was 3yr 2months but 2yrs 3months suspended... After getting his time he saw his po at court and he didn't say anything to my fiancˇ about violating him and said to report to hm as soon as he gets out July 24 2012.. After being in jail for a couple weeks he got a letter from his po writing him telln him what he is going to write to the judge and one of them was him not doing good on probation... I called today and his po was very rude to me I called on the behalf of my fiancˇ to get a better look of his understanding so anyway his po told me that they can't help him anymore and that it was in the courts hands and that he did violate him after waiting this long my fiancˇ is on 3yrs over his head how much time do you think he will get on his court date... He's working on a letter to the judge as we speak I just don't understand any of this please help me out somebody! Thanks

I'm sorry, but even if your question were clear, which it isn't, we can't possibly know what a judge will say. It depends on the history, the violation, the judge, the PO, all sorts of things.

Your boyfriend is on probation for DUI and he got another DUI while on probation.
His PO was notified. ( I hope I understood this correctly)
The PO has not real option, once arrested for the DUI, the PO reports it to the court, that is his job, and he would be violated. What happens will depend on the judge at the hearing.
Yes he could go back to prison for his entire probation time,
While he most likely will not go back his entire time, you can expect him to be away for a while. Esp if the judge does not like drunk drivers.
I don't know what you don't understand, he drinks and drive, got caught and got caught again, so he goes to jail maybe prison,
What does this have to do with him immigration status, since you posted this under immigration?

Im new to this ande I did not mean to post it under immagration.. But anyway I understand the whole drinking and driving thing its he's already serving time for his charge now then thro more time on him I don't know why his po waited 3mnths to do so and at that when he went to court at the time he told us different witch was a shock that he's doing this.. My fiancé is working on a letter to the judge and instead of getting jail time he wants to do detox or rehab because its more of a problem and he wants help! I was trying to figure out how violating probations work Ive never been in trouble and does not know the least about this kind of stuff... But 3yrs seems a little to long to me that's more time than the charge its self..
