99% of bumps that anyone who isn't having sex (both male and female) get are just pimples and whiteheads and such. You need to keep clean, dry, avoid scented soaps and rinse soap off well, walk around naked after a shower to let air help heal them. Wear cotton underwear and don't wear tight pants. Make sure your clothes are washed in unscented detergent, not too much of it, and well rinsed. Many people are simply mildly allergic to bath soaps and laundry detergents. I'd even avoid dryer products that people buy for anti-static and so on. I don't know much about them because I never buy them.
Moisture and being closed in are what give us all these bumps, plus sensitivity to chemicals in soaps.
Even those having sex get plenty of harmless bumps, but they have to be checked for STDs just to be sure.
