The bill has a wide boarder on one end then on the other. It is the same on the back

That sounds more like a miscut than a misprint. Condition is the name of the game with old collectibles. Take it to a coin shop or 2 to get it appraised. Try to sell it on Ebay if you want to get some money out of it. I doubt it is worth very much. If it's a 1935E or 1935F it may be worth $6 to a collector
