What if there's no lease or any type of contract agreement and I am renting on a month to month basis and the landlord tells me he's in foreclosure, Can the landlord still evict me?

If you are a month-to-month tenant without a written lease then the landlord can terminate your tenancy with 30 days written notice. (In some locations under certain circumstances the landlord has to give 60 days written notice.)
It doesn't matter whether the landlord is going through a foreclosure. As long as the landlord still owns the property they can terminate a month-to-month tenancy.

It is NEVER a good idea to not show for a court date.
You haven't told us why you are being evicted, but if its for non-payment, then you have little choice. I strongly suggest you immediately contact your local social services agency for help.
I merged your threads since they bear on the same issue. Lisa is correct, that the landlord can tell you to vacate for any reason as long as proper notice is given. The fact that he is in foreclosure makes no difference until the foreclosure is finalized.

You should appear in court. You having no money and having a disability will not have much effect on the court, and if you can not move, they will come and move all of your belongings to the street.
