I am 15 and I have some acne (this may be the cause of the following problem):
About 2 weeks ago, I noticed 2 black spots near my upper lip, but my mother told me it was normal so I let it to go. Now, 2 weeks later, not only did those 2 black spots remain there but other black spots appeared on the other side of the lip too.
And today I realised I also won a scar (it's more like a white line that can't be washed away) near the other lip that came along with some more black spots too.
My parents say that it is normal and start threating me if I tell them I want to seek professional help. I feel that something is wrong and that this isn't normal at all. And even if it is, that horrible scar is putting my confidence and self-image down. Is there anything I should do? What's going on?
