I am tryng to find 6 cases where LJ Morrit has given judgement on and development the area of equity and trusts. So far I've only found Re Dale, Re Goodchild and Lloyds bank v Carrick and am struggling to find 3 more, could you please help me?

Sorry I meant to write 'developed'. I've tried lexis, westlaw, oxford national biographical dictionary, robert peace's obligations book as well as parker & mellows.

Still don't understand what "given judgment" is supposed to mean. Is Moritt a judge?
If you want to find case law by this judge in that area of law, I suggest you start reading reported cases from that judge's jurisdiction (England and Wales Court of Appeal, apparently) one by one until you find some more in the area you are looking for.

I believe he sat on the Court of Appeal for the UK -
