Hello, I'm 28 and severely overweight; bmi 40 last time checked. I have also moved to a dangerous part of the state so I can not go outside my home without an escort. So I already am active in the home, hand wash laundry, dishes, house. I eat homemade healthy foods, lots of veggies and rice or chapati. I don't know what else I can do to lose weight. Is there any regimen I could follow with specific exercises? Maybe some kind of routine to boost metabolism or something. Any suggestions would be nice.
