My dog has congestion in the nose I can hear it and every now and then she wheezes

I wouldn't give her anything - human medication doesn't translate well to animals and you don't know why she's wheezing.

Ask your Vet.

You can give the green box of muconex. For large dogs one pill a day. Small dogs half a pill a day and for toy dogs 1/4 a pill once a day

You didn't mention what type of dog you have, some of the shorter nosed dogs like pugs, shih-tzus, or pekingese tend to be a little noisier than others. They can even seem to snort given the shorter length of the nasal passage. In any event, a check-up to see if your vet suspects any polyps or abnormal growths in the nasal passage might be a good idea. If she is due any vaccines or a exam in the near future, I would certainly mention it.
