I have a bump/ball the size of half a pea on my clitoris and its swollen and red, but I'm not sexually active. I've had it for a while now, but it just started getting swollen and red today and it itches and hurts a little. What could it be? Should I be concerned?
  
 

It may be an infection from a soap or something
