Could Mattel make a Barbie with no hair so that every little girl fighting cancer feels beautiful! Put her in pink, name her HOPE and send the proceeds to children's memorial hospital. And help little girls learn to cope with losing their hair. It could come with scarfs and little wigs.

Yes they could, but most likely no profit in it. If they had seen a good profit in it, they would have.

You can get them, they are a special order item as in custom made. Contact Mattel and ask for one, I ordered one about 10 years ago for my cousins daughter, it cost me close to $200 back then, no clue about how much they will charge today.
@ Fr_Chuck: I think you are right, there is probably no profit in mass producing a bald barbie. But Mattel like to stick with the Barbie has an image to maintain answer
