We moved into a trailer nov 11th and we gave our 30 day notice to the managers of the trailer park because we are buying a house or doing a lease to know. The managers are trying to get us to pay the early termination fee but can they make us pay the fees since we are doing a lease to own and not breaking our lease agreement to do another rental place even though they have not done anything in our lease that they said they would do. Also does anyone know the websites of the rules and laws of Oklahoma?

Where you are moving to has NO bearing. Doesn't matter if you are moving to buy, rent to own, land contract or another rental. You have a lease and are bound by the terms of that lease.

Now, if the landlords have breached the lease by not doing things promised in the lease, then you may have grounds to void the lease.

We need more info to help you.

Agree, does not matter what you are doing as to where you are going. What matters is the written lease you have.
