I understood everything up until "bbevviva hd3s sound- tqfe298". Not sure what that information is supposed to be.
What is the model number of your Panasonic TV? How many times does the light flash?
The clicking is likely normal. This is the relay on the power supply. You would normally hear this when you turn your TV on/off. Something is probably shorting out the TV causing it to cycle on/off.
