I have put up a diagram of the tank parts,(see image). By "tank bowl refill tube do you mean the little tube that comes out of the top of the ball cock connecting to the white overflow tube? If so the small tube simply presses into the top of the ballcock, Does that answer your question? Let me know, Tom

Cannot see it well from above, but looking at your 1st photo, it looks to me like old Mansfield. Home Depot sells spare parts. I recommend you purchase entire tube, not only the washer. Take the old part with you to HD. Or upgrade to different system, like Fluidmaster. Back to you. Milo

That would be the flush valve,(see image) There is no fix to this. It will have to be replaced. The tank will have to be removed with a spud wrench,(see image) and the bottom of the old flush valve removed. Clean up around the opening. Purchase a new flush valve, a spud wrench and a spud washer,(see image) Also a new set of tank bolts. Install the flush valve using the spud wrench, Now slip the spud washer over the threads and install the tank. NOTE.
Do not overtightenthe tank bolts. Leave 1/4" of play when you can rock the tank a little. Install the flapper, water and test. Good luck, Tom

Sure looks lika a Mansfield. The bowl fill tube fits on a small plastic threaded tube that screws into the top of the big tube.
