Hi am a goan origin presently residing in uae,dubai.I have got my birth registered in portugal,could you please advice as hw to apply for BI in portuguese consulate in UAE.do I need to take an appointments or is there any application I hv to submit and what all documents will I require while applying for the BI and then for the Passport.
