I Bought a car from private sale.

1st) He gave me the car Key and the bill of sale. (title he will mail to me later).
2nd) He had send me the title.BUT , HE PUT THE WRONG NAME AND ADDRESS.
3RD) I took to Register they did not let me.. and give me the Affidavit of Correction
To a document to support an Application for a certificate.
4th) But I CAN NOT contact with him his cell phone is DISCONNECTED and NO long in services.
And I'm 10hr drive away from him.

Please, give me advise...

You need to drive and see him, sorry but you have little choice.

So you don't even know if he is still there.

I would attempt to find some sort of contact information for him, whether land line, mailing address, or something. And once you make contact with him, arrange to send him the Affidavit of Correction, with a SASE, etc. The problem is that you cannot make him send it back to you. On the other hand, a 20 hour round-trip is going to cost you an arm and a leg. It would be better to talk to him first.

Do you know anyone there?

I just booking ticket fly to his address (Kissimmee, FL) which state on the title today. When get to the destination and

If I were you, I would contact the Florida DMV (http://www.flhsmv.gov/html/titlinf.html), talk to someone about your problem, and find out what can be done in a case such as yours in which the previous owner gave you a bill of sale and has now disappeared.

My concern is that you didn't take the initial advice when it was given to you. Let's try it again - do what "AK" says this time.
